Habeo is the IT asset management and CMDB platform built specifically for higher education, replacing ServiceNow ITAM at colleges and universities with native MDM discovery, Workday-driven lifecycle management, and GASB-compliant financial reporting. We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how the product looks and how we talk about it — from the marketing site and demo materials to in-product visuals and sales collateral.
This role is 100% remote. Habeo is remote-first and accepts applicants located anywhere in the world.
What you'll do
- Design marketing assets including web pages, landing pages, one-pagers, and sales decks used in founder-led demo calls
- Create and maintain visual assets for the product UI in partnership with product and engineering
- Design diagrams and visuals that explain technical concepts (CMDB relationship graphs, audit trails, integration flows) clearly to non-technical buyers like CIOs and controllers
- Produce collateral for compliance and trust materials, such as HECVAT response summaries and security one-pagers
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across web, product, and sales materials
- Collaborate with founders and go-to-market team on campaign assets, email templates, and event materials
What we're looking for
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills across web, marketing, and/or product design
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience translating complex or technical concepts into clear, simple visuals
- Strong typography, layout, and color sense, with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a small, fast-moving team
- Comfort giving and receiving direct feedback in a collaborative environment
Nice to have
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS or technical/enterprise products
- Familiarity with designing for compliance-heavy or regulated industries
- Basic motion or video editing skills for demo and social content
