Your stack, our institutional ledger.
Habeo sits at the seam between your MDM, your HRIS, your ITSM, and your asset reality. Every connector listed below ships in production today — no roadmap promises, no consulting-only adapters, no “ask sales.”
The six connectors that turn on first.
Continuous device feed for every Apple endpoint — laptops, desktops, iPads, Apple TVs. Inventory, OS, hardware, FileVault state, assigned user.
Windows and managed Android fleet sync via Microsoft Graph. Device hardware, compliance, primary user, autopilot enrollment.
Person-of-record sync — joiners, leavers, transfers, supervisory org. Asset reassignment fires automatically off Workday position events.
Two-way ticket bind. Open a CHG / INC from any Habeo asset, read state back into the audit trail. Default field mapping ships out of the box.
Habeo Copilot in DM and channel. "When's my MacBook up for refresh?" "Pull the surplus list for Riverpoint Physics." Approvals signed off in-line.
Default chat model behind the Habeo Copilot. Zero-retention enterprise tier. Sonnet 4.6 baseline, Haiku 4.5 for cheap reads, Opus 4.7 for hard reasoning.
MDM-native discovery, no agents to install.
Habeo treats your existing MDM as the source of truth for hardware. No agents to deploy, no MID server to maintain, no consulting engagement to start.
Inventory + classic-API field passthrough for every Apple endpoint in your fleet, with primary-user attribution back to Workday.
Windows + Android device records via Microsoft Graph. Compliance signal, BitLocker / FileVault state, autopilot enrollment metadata.
ChromeOS and managed mobile via the Google Admin SDK. Designed for districts and liberal-arts schools where Chromebooks dominate.
Person-of-record sync, built for higher ed.
Lifecycle is asset management. Habeo subscribes to position changes so a joiner, leaver, or transfer in your HRIS becomes an asset event without anyone re-keying anything.
Worker, position, and supervisory-org sync via Web Services. Designed for the Workday HCM rollout most R1 universities have already finished.
Person + assignment data through Ellucian Ethos. The right answer for the long tail of public universities still on Banner SIS.
Service-operation pull from PeopleSoft Integration Broker. Both IDCS OAuth and legacy basic-auth supported for older on-prem deployments.
Two-way ticket bind, default mapping included.
Open a change or incident from any Habeo asset, read state back into the audit trail. Field mappings ship configured so the first install doesn't take a consultant.
Incidents and change requests through the Table API. Live for both ITSM bind on the asset page and the optional ServiceNow ITAM migration importer.
Enterprise SSO that clears your CISO on the first pass.
Habeo is built on Clerk's enterprise identity stack. SAML, OIDC, and SCIM ship live. InCommon federation metadata is published for university IdPs.
Underlying identity layer for Habeo. SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM 2.0 provisioning configurable per organization from /settings/sso.
Compatible SAML + SCIM posture for institutions standardizing on WorkOS as their identity broker. Customer-portable connection metadata.
Habeo Copilot, where your team already is.
Slack and Microsoft Teams are first-class surfaces. Approvals, refresh questions, surplus picks — answered in the message your team is already on.
Native Slack app with OAuth install, slash commands, and signed Events API verification. Per-org bot tokens stored with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption.
Adaptive-card UX for asset lookups and approval flows via the Bot Framework. Per-tenant install captured on first conversationUpdate.
cXML PunchOut to the contracts higher ed actually uses.
Habeo ships native PunchOut adapters for the six consortia that cover the overwhelming majority of US higher-ed contract purchases. No middleware, no third-party catalog provider, no per-vendor consulting.
Standard cXML 1.2.043 envelope. Sender domain DUNS; contract identity matches the cooperative's membership directory.
Standard cXML with an automatic OMNIA-ContractID extrinsic injected when the contract has one on file.
cXML PunchOut for participants on the new portal. Contract-number format guard (MMDDYY-VENDOR) enforced server-side at contract create.
Higher-ed-specific NET+ catalog. Standard cXML envelope; flat-file CIF supported for the small set of vendors not yet on the portal.
California state contract for CSU / UC and community-college systems. Standard cXML; native adapter included so California campuses don't need a middleware vendor.
Multi-state Master Agreements. Standard cXML; NASPO- contract prefix recognized for routing and reporting.
The model layer behind the Habeo Copilot.
Every Copilot call is routed through Vercel's AI Gateway with a per-org budget cap and an off-list-model deny. Embeddings power the natural-language query bar on /assets, /people, /saas, and /loaners.
Claude Sonnet 4.6 is the default chat model. Haiku 4.5 for cheap reads, Opus 4.7 for hard reasoning. Zero-retention enterprise tier.
text-embedding-3-small powers context-pack retrieval and the natural-language query bar shipped in Phase 34.
Provider routing, fallbacks, observability, and a single auth surface for every AI call Habeo makes. The product never talks to a model provider directly.
Institutional contracts, processed cleanly.
Habeo bills institutional customers through Stripe with PO-friendly invoicing terms. No card data ever lands on Habeo systems.
Subscription + invoice flow for institutional customers. Stripe-hosted customer portal and webhook-driven plan changes; no card data in Habeo's database.
Tell us what you run — we'll tell you when it ships.
We won't list a connector we haven't built. If your campus runs something we're missing, we want to hear about it before the next contract cycle.
