- Cost of tooling (hard): Habeo tier price × years, versus your current annual spend × years. No inflated competitor figure — you enter your own number.
- Staff time reclaimed (illustrative): (endpoints ÷ 100 × hours-per-100) × blended hourly rate, per year; the FTE-equivalent divides those hours by 2,080 work hours a year.

Habeo's published tier price for your endpoint band, multiplied by the number of years, compared against the current annual spend you enter, multiplied by the same number of years. Both sides are real dollar figures — we don't inflate the incumbent number, you type your own.
Where does the staff-time number come from?
It's an illustrative estimate from two assumptions you can see and edit: a blended IT hourly rate and the hours of manual asset admin (reconciliation, audit prep, refresh planning, offboarding) reclaimed per 100 devices per year. We keep it separate from the TCO figure on purpose — it's a directional estimate, not a quote.
